Private Room with Shared Bathroom

Private room with shared bathroom available in the Traffic Circle neighborhood in Long Beach. The room is spacious with a large closet and the apartment has great storage in the hallways, kitchen, and bathroom. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is set up to be cozy and relaxing. We have the major streaaming services and several kitchen spoliances you'd have access to as well. The complex has 3 pools, a fitness center, laundry, bbqs, and a clubhouse. You'd be living with a married couple in their late twenties who are working professionals. In our free time, we like to watch TV, playboard games, and go outside. Our cat domino is 3 years old, super calm, and usually is laying around the house. You would be put on the Lee's, so you need to have proof of income and be able to pass a credit check.
