Master bedroom with own bathroom

Looking for a responsible and clean single female from the ages of 21-50 years old to rent a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. It measures around 20 feet by 11 feet.

🗓️ Monthly rent: $800 with all utilities included. A $100 deposit to hold the bedroom and that will go towards the rent for the first come, first serve basis.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It’s located at the Upper Westside that border the city of Carson and Long Beach near 710 and 405 freeways. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Please, keep the master bedroom clean as it was when you first moved in and when you move out! No first or last month rent required. No lease contract. It’s month to month only and you can move out anytime with a 30 day advance notice.

If you’re interested in renting the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, you’re more than welcome to swing by to check it out in person. If you decide to rent the master bedroom, please provide your driver license, proof of work income statement once you arrive.

These are just some of the house Rules and Regulations- No couples. No divorce or single female with kids. Absolutely no visitors. No overnight sleepovers. No smoking or vaping, no drug use, no drinking of any alcohol or beer inside the house or outside the property. No varieties of pets allowed. No troublemakers or attempting to create problems. No pigsty. No hoarders. Please have respect to the house and clean up after yourself.

We like to live clean, peacefully and happily without any issues in the house. FYI: If any of the house Rules and Regulations are violated, you will be EVICTED immediately! If you don’t like the Rules and Regulations of the house, please move on to the next place for you to rent!

The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet with new paint. It is furnished with a sofa bed, mid size fridge, and microwave. No kitchen use, hence the low monthly rent and for that reason someone almost burn down the house. You can also bring your own Rice Cooker, and Water Warmer/Boiler or small electrical appliances. Please, DO NOT USE any kind of gas appliances! If you have your own bed, table, chair, fridge and microwave, then I can remove mine.

Just 3-5 minutes drive to downtown Long Beach, Queen Mary, The Pike, Shoreline Village, Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific and the surrounding beaches. About 8-12 minutes drive to Gardena and Torrance area. About 15-20 minutes drive to Orange County. Depending on traffic.

For your safety and peace of mind, the outside property of the house has 24 hour security cameras that are via link to the Police department.
