Looking for ONE roommate to take over the Secondary Bedroom in a 2bed/2bath condo style apartment with assigned tandem underground PARKING INCLUDED. The room for rent is 12.5” x 10" with a 4" x 2" closet on one side and storage above the doorway. This apartment has Central Air, In-Unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, a private north facing balcony, carpet in bedrooms and living room, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Because of the carpet, I keep it a "shoes off" house. You MUST clean up after yourself. Sorry, no pets.
Aside from the underground parking, this 1998 building has locked bicycle storage, problem-free mail and package delivery, and a very large rooftop deck. There’s a coffee shop on the corner, a 5-10 minute walk to all sorts of bars and restaurants, or a short bike ride to just about anything you want to do in this awesome town.
Move in is the November 1st. The management company will require whoever I choose to apply through them; that costs $65 and you need to have two months of pay stubs to prove your income. The deposit is $1500.
I am definitely NOT looking for a relationship here, just a roommate, please. (The internet can be a weird, weird place.) I am a mid-40s, 420 friendly male bartender. I make a lot of hard cider here, so probably not a great place for anyone in recovery. I like hosting the occasional dinner party or other festive sort of thing, so keep that in mind.
