Hi! I’m a CSULB graduate and recently started working full-time. I’m planning to start a new lease at Beverly Plaza Apartments in Long Beach and looking for a roommate to take the other private bedroom.

The main option is a spacious 2B2B, where you’ll have a large private bedroom, your own private bathroom, and huge closet space. Rent would be around $1,600/month. Move-in would be around October 1st.

If you’re looking for something more affordable, I’m also considering a 2B1B option for around $1,400–$1,450/month. That bedroom is also spacious with plenty of closet space, with the bathroom being shared.

I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and work full-time. Looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable and friendly place to live.
