Urgent! Seeking roommate for September, Long Beach

Urgently seeking roommate for September!!! Open to short term rental!

Hi all, we need a roommate for our 2nd large bedroom in our 3 bed 1 bath apartment. We don't have great pictures of the room opening up, but I’ve included pictures of our apartment. The bedroom is $1,035 before utilities (roughly $1,100 with utilities), and includes four windows, a walk-in closet, a ceiling light/fan, and is about 11 by 12 feet. We do have (extremely sweet!) cats in our apartment. We get amazing light and the property has a lemon tree, some grape vines, and me and my neighbor are starting a garden! 1 parking space we would switch off on and we're on a cul-de-sac so street parking is quite easy.

My partner and I went to school for music and art but now both work as paraprofessionals in special ed classes, and our other roommate Madi is in her last year as an undergrad art student as CSULB. We all mostly keep to ourselves but love to chat and hang out when we have time, watch movies/shows and play games, and occasionally host events like clothing swaps or birthday parties! Available as soon as Sept 1st or as late as one week in, it's up to you! If you're in need of a place and can pay the $1100 please let us know!
