Unwind with your own smart TV with access to included streaming services. A designated air conditioning unit and air-circulating fan keep personalized temperature control at your fingertips.

Shared spaces are fully furnished and set up for everyday use. The living room has a 65-inch TV, a comfortable couch, and a massage recliner, and the full kitchen includes a dishwasher. You'll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a furnished balcony with views of the Long Beach skyline for outdoor time and sweeping sunsets.

Your live-in host is a healthcare professional and occupational therapy program director. Two friendly cats live in the condo's common areas, and occasional cat snuggles are part of the experience.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are included, keeping monthly expenses straightforward. You'll also have your own assigned parking spot inside the gated structure, so you won't need to rely on street parking when you come home.

Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach, the condo is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, parks, nightlife, and several grocery options. 10 blocks from the ocean, and walkable to Long Beach favorites like Yoga on the Bluff and iconic 4th Street for local shopping and dining. Long Beach Airport is a 10-15 minute drive, while LAX is ~25-45 minutes. Freeway access also makes it convenient to get around the greater Los Angeles area, South Bay, and Orange County.
