A little about me:

I’m a CSULB alumni, currently working as a swim teacher! I’ve lived on this street for almost 5 years and this unit for a year and absolutely love it. I have a boyfriend, Tim, who comes over and spends the night often; though we mainly stick to my room. I also have 2 cats, August and Matilda, who are very friendly. I’m extroverted, easy-going, mindful of others and appreciate open communication.

Apartment Details:

-2 bed, 1 bath

-Washer/Dryer in building

-Bills include: Electric, Garbage/Gas, and WiFi (which are spread out throughout the month and come out to about $100; I’m also willing to pay a bit extra on my end because I have the bigger room)

-Street parking only

-2 cats already in unit (no dogs, open to another cat)

- apartment is furnished, available room is not

Move in would be August! Per management an application will have to be submitted which includes a background and credit check!

~Unit is in an apartment building right next to Retro Row on 4th street. It is an upstairs unit at the end of the building not facing the street, so it has a nice view and privacy! The available room is 10X9ft with a closet inside. The photos are from the original Zillow listing and then how it currently looks. Sorry for the mess my roommate is starting to move out!~
