Looking for a peaceful, flexible, and comfortable place to call home in Long Beach? I’m looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished, ground-floor casita. Tucked back from the street, this spot is a quiet oasis with great neighbors, while still being incredibly connected to the city.
With a flexible month-to-month lease (up to 9 months), this setup is perfect for a student or someone needing a solid home base while making plans to permanently transition to the area!

About Your Roomie (and Co-Host!) 🐕
I am a chill 50-year-old gay man currently in the midst of a career transition. Right now, I do a lot of rideshare and food delivery driving (which means I sometimes head out at odd hours to catch peak demand) while I work on establishing my remote bookkeeping business. When I'm off duty, I love relaxing with some TV or heading down to Rosie's Dog Beach.
You’ll be sharing the space with me and my super friendly 3-year-old pug.
* Pets: A small dog is negotiable if they get along with my pug!
* A Quick Note: I have a friend who comes by to walk her, but if you're a dog lover who wouldn't mind helping out in a pinch, that is a massive plus!

* Cleanliness & Lifestyle: I like to keep the place relatively clean and tidy, but I'm also realistic and low-stress. Full disclosure: I don't always wash my cooking dishes the exact same night I use them, but they definitely get done within a day or two. Looking for someone with a similarly relaxed but respectful approach to chores!
* Super Transit-Friendly: Just a quick walk to the Metro train line and multiple bus routes. Perfect for students and commuters!
* Parking & Street Cleaning: There is no assigned spot, but street parking is typically easy to find within a couple of blocks. Just be mindful of street cleaning to avoid a $70 ticket:
