1 bedroom with parking and in-unit laundry in LB

The unit is a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in the downtown Long Beach area. The building has only 6 units total, so if you are looking for a quite space to call home, this might be it.
I have a small pup that runs the house so whoever moves into the space will need to be ok with a small (hypo-allergenic) yorkie-poo as part of the deal. I have a cleaning person that cleans the apartment once a month.
The bedroom is a smaller space, which will fit a full-size bed and some furnishings. There is a large closet with mirrored doors. There is a ceiling fan in the room and a window that faces the street.
The unit is on the second floor so it is very safe. The apartment is fully furnished, with an extremely large shower, a galley kitchen, and a small balcony in the back to hangout.
The parking lot is on the first floor and the room comes with a dedicated parking spot (hot commodity in Long Beach).
The apartment is walking distance to the beach (3 blocks), VONS, and plenty of restaurants.
