Long beach apartment with amenities

Hello! I’m currently living in a one-bedroom apartment and am looking to share my space with someone who may urgently need a place to stay. The available area would be a section of the living room, where a bed is already set up.

My previous roommate recently moved out, and I’m hoping to fill the space to help manage rent while I search for new housing closer to my job in Los Angeles. I’m open to creating a partition in the living room to give you some added privacy, and we would share the rest of the apartment.

I’m also open to the possibility of continuing as roommates if you’re interested in relocating to Los Angeles in the near future.
