Hello! We are two busy ladies in their thirties looking for a new roommate for the front bedroom of our apartment. The bedroom has a door off the kitchen and the other side off the living room has a room divider so thus the reduction in price. However you can add anything you would like to make it more private.

LGBTQ+ friendly! Free parking spot for each roommate, washer & dryer in unit, garage for storage, backyard, back porch and large living room and we are friendly and clean. NO new pets but you MUST love cats as an adorable black and white cuddle bug named Leo lives here and need to be comfortable with him wanting to play and be in your room occasionally

We are located in between Downtown LB and 4th Street Corridor. Lots of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and less than 1 mile from the beach and beach trail.

Utilities:

Wifi: $45 ($15 per person)

SoCal Edison: $17.60-$117.80 per month
(Each roommate pays 1/3 of that number and it’s rarely over 60$ per month)

The last three months our SoCal Edison bill was under $20 per month

Security deposit is 1,900 (what our old roomate paid who is moving out) if you are a a couple hundred short but are an ideal fit this is moderately flexible

plus the 768$ first months rent

So the total would be $2,668
