Looking for a responsible female renter from the ages of 18-60 years old. Student or Working is OK.

No couples. No visitors. No smoking or vaping. No drugs. No pets- dogs, cats, rabbits, fishes, turtles, spiders, birds, hamsters, beetles, rats, lizards or snakes.

🏡 The house has 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom. It's located at the Upper Westside that border the city of Carson and Long Beach near 710 and 405 freeway. It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

🚈🚙 If you have a vehicle or don't drive, the train station and public transportation are close by in walking distance. If you do drive, there's plenty of parking on the street or in front of the house.

The private master bedroom has its own bathroom. A spacious walk-in closet. Has new paint, new window curtains, new shower curtains and new hand-held shower head. It is furnished with a sofa bed, study table with chair, shelvings and cabinet. You can also bring your own Rice Cooker, Water Warmer/Boiler, or a small/medium size Air Fryer.

For your safety and peace of mind, the outside property of the house has 24 hour security cameras.

We also grow organic fruits in the backyard and just use water only. If you like eating organic fruits, you can have some when it grows. Thanks.
