Bathrooms are generally shared 2 roommates per bath; master has private bath (already rented) plus 3 additional shared bathrooms.

Shared spaces include a community kitchen plus multiple common areas: living room, library room, and pool table area. On-site washer/dryer. Limited driveway parking (first come/first serve) plus street parking.

Great location near Shoreline Village and Alamitos Beach, close to restaurants, retailers, museums, entertainment, public transportation, and easy access to 710/PCH/Ocean Blvd.

Utilities are shared and split among residents: electric, water, gas, and internet.

Lease: 1-year or 6-month on approved credit/income. Deposit $950. $50 application fee. NO PETS.

House rules: this is a protected historic home held to a higher legal standard of care/cleanliness. No drilling/nailing/taping/tacking to original wood or historic surfaces. Any damage must be reported immediately.
