Room for rent starting March 1st!

We’re looking for a clean, kind, and considerate roommate to join our home! The room is $1,100/month, with all utilities included except WiFi. WiFi is an additional cost that’s split evenly among all roommates. We also typically rotate who buys the shared house teams such as paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent (so it’s fair and not 1 person is constantly buying it or we can just split it too)

🚗 Parking:
We share a driveway, 4 cars can fit, and we usually text each other to move the cars accordingly. If you prefer not to use it, there is always plenty of street parking available, very nice and safe neighborhood.

📅 Move-in:
The room is available March 1st. That being said, the landlord does have some requirements: 3x the rent (proof of income), background check, deposit, and you’ll have to meet your roommates see if we’re a good fit for you and vise versa. You can def meet us if you request a tour! It will be first come first serve.

• Washer and dryer available on site at no extra cost
• Plenty of garage storage
• Bathroom is shared with one other clean roommate (male but one of the good ones)
• Parking included
• AC!
• Landscapers included (our house is well taken care of)
• Security cameras on the outside of the house (ours not the landlords)
• Big empty backyard we’re trying to turn into a hang area
• Our landlord also has a subscription to an exterminator, we’ve never had an issue it’s just a precaution, but with that we never will have an issue either! Pest free guarantee! :)

👭 About the Roommates:
We’re currently 3 roommates, two women, and one man. Open to anyone else too no matter the pronouns! Our only requirements are that you’re respectful, considerate, and clean.
evenings
• 1 of the roommates (upstairs) works at school, she tends to leave relatively early in the morning and turn in early evenings. Her weekends are typically spent outside of the home for the most part.
• 1 of the roommates (downstairs) is an early riser, he starts his days around 4am, goes to the gym, and then to work. He’s more of a homebody, he’s really smart, nice, and respectful.
• We maintain respectful quiet hours starting at 10:30 PM for the consideration of the household (Monday-Thursday).
• That being said, we’re open to roommates with different schedules, as long as they’re mindful and considerate.

A little about me: My name is Anna, I’m in my late 20s. I’m a full-time student, bartender, and also work in a nonprofit here in Long Beach, so my schedule can be busy and unconventional, I work late and get up early, but I’m generally out of the house until I get my rest day. I’m also the “head of household” here so any concerns would go through me, there’s really no concerns to be had but I’m here for you if you need me!

✨ The vibe: Respectful, clean, communicative, and friendly—everyone does their own thing while being considerate of shared spaces. We’re all really friendly too.
