Urgent Sub-Leaser Wanted- Private Room and Bath

I'm looking to urgently sub-lease my room (starting April) in a shared-apartment right near the beach in Long Beach, CA. There is one other roommate but you will have a private bedroom with your own private bathroom within. Additionally, I would consider selling me queen bed and frame if you are interested. Please note, the bedroom would not be furnished, but I don't have time to move my things to get pictures clear of my things.
The apartment also has a kitchen with an oven, and on-site (bottom of apartment complex) washer and dryer.
It's a pretty great unit and you're right by the beach and bus stop to take you to downtown, 2nd street, or CSULB.
I am leaving for personal reasons and you will need to do a standard application and credit check with the property manager in order to be approved (I can DM you the requirements), and once that is done we will be able to confirm start-date. The current lease ends July 31, 2026 but you would definitely have the option to continue on if desired.
