Room in Long Beach

We are both queer, and are looking for another queer roommate. I am nonbinary, and roommate is nonbinary and lesbian. Musicians, artists etc. are preferred but not required. The apartment is a 2bd 1 bath in the Wrigley neighborhood of Long Beach near Pacific Ave. Close to the A line train and freeways. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk away, laundromat also very close, along with restaurants, vendors, and more.

Smoking and *** friendly. We have pets, and bringing yours can be discussed.

If you move in March 1, you and I would likely move in at the same time. You would have the private bedroom and I would be in the living room. Exact setup is tbd, but living room would be a mix of my space and shared. Our other roommate's room is also pretty open. We enjoy a communal environment but your room can of course be as private as you like.

Other neat benefits include having the building's plumber living on site and ability to have guests over and spend the night whenever.
