I am honest, quiet, respectful, introverted but like some socializing, no drama, non-political, no kids, and I have indoor/outdoor cats. I rarely have guests, so the house stays pretty quiet.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (you can use the front room), dining room, kitchen and laundry, with a large backyard (plenty of gardening opportunities, if you like that). You would live in the front of the house with the master bedroom and bathroom, and I live in the back. There is always parking and no apartments. This is a quiet area but close to downtown LB, and the LA river. A nature trail is walking distance, and along the trail there are bunnies, birds, and horses if you go at the right time. There is a $34.95 fee for a credit and background check that you pay directly to the service. I am looking for a roommate that is mellow, communicative, respectful, keeps things clean, and that doesn't mind cats (preferably likes them). The cats have access to the kitchen/laundry room, and my side of the house, no access to the rest of the house so they will not bother you. They mostly avoid people.
