Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, we are ideally within walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center, shops, restaurants, and events. We feature a dog-friendly home two blocks from Pine Avenue. The Pike is less than a 15min walk or enjoy the free shuttle to Shoreline Village.
The bedroom is a comfortable size, with room to stretch out and relax. It features a queen size bed, standard dresser and night stand, a mounted 40" Smart TV, as well as a desk and chair. The roomy closet includes hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a portable window AC unit.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and spices, and features a french press, pour-over coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove/oven.
Rent includes utilities, wifi, parking, and monthly maid service.
An important thing to note is that this is an inclusive home with friendly, social dogs who are also frequent guests on the premises and they will be happy to see you. If you have a dog(s), they must be fully vaccinated, totally house-trained, spayed/neutererd, and must get along really, really well with other dogs. Unfortunately, any dogs with aggressive tendencies, regardless of breed, cannot be considered. I'm available to provide my services as a sitter if needed.
