Available Shared Space For Rent $815 Free Internet

The room is 10x10 square foot with a closet space, ceiling fan and window. I'm looking for someone who is willing to share my 1 bedroom apartment with for a whole year.

Utilities are included in the amount I'm asking for. I pay $35 for frontier fiber internet but you wouldn't have to pay for the usage.
I'm looking for someone to move into the room while I convert the living room into a mini room for myself.

The apartment has a bathroom inside the bedroom, kitchen space with a stove to cook on, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker and shelf space to store food. The living space has a cozy couch, dining table and a TV. I will be spitting the living room in half in order to make my mini room for a bed and drawer

My current roommate is leaving soon so I need someone to replace his spot in order to keep my apartment.
