My roommate is moving out at the end of this month. I'm a gay man, do nerdy IT, tech, engineer stuff. I'm upgrading and renovating the condo so it's not in showroom state but will be when you move in.

The condo has two bedrooms. I'm in the master which has an "En suite" bathroom. The other bedroom has a separate bathroom in the hallway.

The 1st floor garage has two parking spaces, one of which is yours.

There is a stacked washer dryer, fridge and cabinet space for your stuff in the hallway.

The roommate is moving out of the smaller room and its available for $1100 If you want the master bedroom instead, that would be $1300

I am always busy, at work, doing errands, arcade, gym and socializing, going to karaoke nights. My roommate is the same way and is never home and has 4 things in the fridge lol.

I love animals but no pets allowed unless $250 month pet fee

I'm chill, never angry or mad, travel a lot. Been to burning man twice, lived in Japan teaching English after college I sing karaoke alot and play music while cooking or cleaning or showering(kinda normal stuff) Just an FYI in case you're a silence is golden librarian type of disposition.
