Primary Bed/Bath to sublet

Looking through primary bed to primary bath at rear

I am an airline professional, gone half the month. I have a small dog who is rehoused while I'm traveling. Love spending time with friends and family when I'm home.

Located in the desirable South of Conant neighborhood, quiet, just east of Long Beach Airport. Plenty of street parking. Lots of things in easy reach. Part of Long Beach's charm is, everything is within about 15 minutes.

I'm subletting the primary bed/bath, month to month. Lots of closet/storage space within.

The room is unfurnished, however the rest of the home is already furnished.

Rent/most utilities/hi-speed wifi for $1475/mo (subject to change based on current utility rates and usage). Electric not included, will be split.

Large 2 bed/2 ba home. Ideal roommate, respectful of one another, their space, positive outlook, chill, smoke OK, outside only, clean/tidy Credit check/no evictions. A pet is OK, must be on the smaller side, no pit/pit terrier mixes. Must get along with my dog. Smoking ok, must be outside.
