2 private rooms available near downtown

Hello! I'm urgently looking for a replacement for myself and another roommate at this property. The rent split will be different if you decide you would like to share one of these open rooms; if you are searching for a shared room with one other person, the rent per person would be $600 and the other open bedroom would become $800. Message me for any questions regarding this. However, if both open bedrooms remain private, it will be 1000 per room.

Basic info:
The two open bedrooms would share a single bathroom; the other occupied bedroom is a master bedroom. There is also a half-bathroom on the first floor that is shared by everyone.
Utilities are around 25-30 a month, depending on how much we use the amenities. Utilities include gas, electric, and internet.
Washer and dryer in-unit. There is a full garage that is completely unsued; it can fit 2 cars.
The property is a 4-minute walking distance from many bus stops, and is a direct line straight to the university so it's perfect for students. Plenty of food places and convenience stores around as well!
