1 room in a 3-bedroom apartment is available in the East Village/Arts District of Long Beach. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, too.

I like to keep things chill at home, so people who feel likewise would be preferable. I am a night owl for the most part, but I try to keep noise at a minimum.

Water bill is accounted for by the property manager, so that leaves gas and internet to be split between roommates.

A security deposit and credit check is asked of by the property manager.
