Hi! I have a 3 bedroom/2 bath home that I live in. I have two bedrooms and a shared bathroom available for rent. Each room has an AC unit, ceiling fan, and closet. You have access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, and plenty of parking. I also have a big backyard with a barbecue. Open to a cat (I have my own) or a dog if they’re friendly.
My house is less than 5 minutes away from breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, and approx 15 min from CSULB.
I’m looking for responsible roommates or couple (adjustment in price) to share my house. I’m a responsible professional that enjoys cooking, working on the garden, working out, hiking and camping, nature, and exploring all the restaurants and breweries/wineries.
