Roughly sized 10 ft x 11 ft bedroom. Bedroom comes furnished with a desk, chair, full sized bed, and closet. Room comes with a detached bathroom without needing to share with others. Laundry is located on the 3rd floor.

Driveway parking is ok, otherwise, there is street parking available.

Convenient access to the 710, 405, and 91 freeways. About a 5 minute drive to Bixby Knolls with Trader Joe's and Aldi's nearby. About 12 minute drive to LBX.

Looking for professional/student renter that is easy going, clean, respectful, and responsible (pays bills on time). No smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests, prefer light cooking. Background/credit check and pay stubs required.
