We’re looking for a responsible, stable, and easygoing roommate to join our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the heart Downtown Long Beach.

Current roommates are 35F, 34F, and 30F. 30F will be leaving in MARCH. Our home is calm, clean, and drama-free. We value communication, respect, and keeping shared spaces comfortable for everyone. No children please.

Looking for someone with stable income who can commit through lease renewal in June.
One roommate (30F) will be moving out in March; this listing is for that room. Another room will be available in June when 34F moves out.
