Looking for a female to share 2bed apt

ROOMMATE NEEDED ASAP FOR LONG BEACH/SEAL BEACH. I’m a student and work two part time jobs. I’m looking to team up with another responsible, stable, and good-natured (not toxic) female so i can live in a nicer and safer area. I’m looking at properties $1700-2800/month to split 50/50 with a roommate. The more you’re willing to bring to the table, the nicer, bigger, and/or better amenities (gated, in unit laundry, 2 baths, etc. ) There’s even a possibility of renting a duplex or house. No couples please. Overnight guests ok occasionally. Not 420 friendly. I own a quiet, shy cat. He’s adorable, well-behaved and CLEAN. (No cat smell here). I’d prefer to have a roommate WITHOUT pets because he’s pretty skittish and does better being the only pet in a household. Unless you have a goldfish :) But I will consider another pet, if I think it’s a good fit. I HAVE NOT SIGNED A LEASE YET. Waiting for that great roommate to come along.
