A 12'8" x 9'7" simply furnished room in a clean, neat home that is professionally cleaned every four weeks. FYI: the closet measurements are 7-feet long by 2-feet deep--it's pretty big! Street parking only, but there is plenty--and usually right in front of the house! The tenant would need to be responsible, considerate, and both people-friendly and cat-friendly. Friends, significant others, and family are OK as occasional visitors, but not staying overnight more than a couple of nights every two weeks. We prefer someone who is neat, organized, and motivated--someone who is working toward a goal and not home all day, every day--and who pays their rent on time. The home has high-speed internet/wi-fi (2 Gig), but no cable TV service. House rules include no illegal drugs and no indoor smoking/vaping. An unofficial rule? No drama, please! LOL We are located within 3 blocks of the Metro A-Line (Blue Line) and bus stops, within minutes of the 710 and 405 freeways, and downtown LB is 10 minutes away! A grocery store, gas stations, laundromats (one is 1.5 blocks away!), and lots of fast food are all located within a few minutes by foot or car. This could also be the perfect living situation for someone who works locally but commutes back home on the weekends. While we have a cat, she mainly spends her time outside or in our bedroom--but she will very likely avoid you! If you need an unfurnished room, don't dismiss this listing! We can remove items of furniture, if needed.
