Looking for a clean, peaceful, and predictable place to call home starting September 1st? We have a bright, neatly furnished 12'8" x 9'7" bedroom available in a well-maintained house. If you already have your own bedroom setup, no problem at all—we are happy to clear the furniture so you can make it your own!

- Your Private Bathroom: Located just across the hall, it is 100% exclusively yours (no sharing or morning scheduling conflicts).

- The Closet: A major highlight—7 feet long by 2 feet deep, offering tons of storage.

- All-Inclusive Rent ($1,300/month): Covers all standard utilities and blazing-fast 2-Gig high-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for working or streaming). Note: We do not have cable TV service.

- Bonus Perk: The common areas of the home are professionally cleaned every four weeks to keep everything fresh and tidy.

Parking & Commuting:
- Parking: Street parking only, but our block is very open. You can reliably grab a spot right in front of the house 95% of the time.

- Transit & Location: We are incredibly well-connected! Just 3 blocks from the Metro A-Line (Blue Line) and major bus stops, and minutes from the 710 and 405.

- Proximity: A quick 10-15 minute drive to CSULB, 10 minutes to Downtown Long Beach, and just a couple of minutes from Long Beach Memorial and College Medical Center.

- Walkability: Grocery store, convenience stores, coffee shops, fast food, and a laundromat (1.5 blocks away) are all within an easy walk.

About Us & The Vibe:
After six years of renting out this room, we’ve mastered the art of being great housemates! We are easygoing and respect everyone's space. If you prefer total privacy and quiet time to recharge, you'll get exactly that. If you want to chat in the kitchen or grab a coffee at home, we’re down for that too. We welcome housemates of any age or background—it's all about mutual respect and a good vibe.

We do share our home with a friendly indoor/outdoor cat. She mainly hangs out outside or in our private space, so she’ll likely give you your space, but you do need to be cat-friendly!

Our Ideal Housemate:
We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, and considerate professional or student who communicates well and takes care of their space. Because we love a peaceful household, it's a great match for someone who has their own established daily routine, whether you are working, studying, or exploring the area. We are looking for a one-year lease with the hope of finding someone who wants to make this their long-term home.

House Rules:
- Visitors: Friends, family, and partners are welcome! To keep the house peaceful for everyone, we just ask that overnight stays are kept occasional (around a couple of nights every two weeks).

- The Basics: Clean record, no indoor smoking/vaping, and no illegal drugs.
