We currently have 1 room for rent in a 3 bed 3.5 bath Townhouse/Condo/Apartment in the Downtown Long Beach Area.
Looking for a roommate that is mutually respectful regarding having roommates and no weekday partying keeping folks awake ... Plus in the location of the townhouse/apartment there are plenty of places to hang out without bothering anyone else.
Dogs are cool, but no cats please...one roommate is allergic.
One of the roommates is a smoker however only smokes in the patio and is willing to smoke outside if that is a deal breaker.
Current roommates:
- 1 male Boeing employee. My brother will be staying with me in my room for about a year, will be going to school/working and getting feet planted in community. The downstairs room is not quite as luxurious as the other 2 upper rooms which is why we are asking $1400/month to account for my brother staying. We would split utility bills 4 ways also to account for him staying.
- 1 female Boeing employee.
- Both in early 30's.

- Currently month-to month now. We are looking to sign a new lease that starts beginning of July 2018 (and at the latest Aug. 1 2018)
- Ideally like to sign a lease that is longer than a year however this is negotiable.
- 700+ credit score (report will be run by landlord) for 1 month security deposit. Last go around under 700 credit score meant 2 months Security deposit (which we paid in additional installments for 6 months) but since a roommate has been there 2.5 years already, probably only 1 month security deposit regardless. Landlord is really flexible.
- Option for shared house cleaning which usually runs 150 each time cleaning is done.
- 2 parking spots per unit, with option of 3rd spot for $75 a month split 3 ways or there is free street parking and lot parking available.
