The house is a short walk to the coffee shops/breweries/restaurants in downtown Lomita and a short 15 minute drive to the beach or up to Palos Verdes hiking trails. Currently, three males living here, all in their late 20's/early 30's, working professionals. There are two living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, patio/BBQ area, and extra storage space in the garage or attic. The two bathrooms are shared. One guy has a dog, who is very friendly and enjoys our large yard. Landlord pays for water/trash, but cost of electricity/wifi/gas is shared.
