The movie theater room is for having movies on movie night, and you can layout on the sofa bed for movies or kick back on couches., the other area is like a dance hall or a meeting room. Some people you might not even see for a week or longer depending on their schedule and if they want to be private and keep to themselves which is no problem.
So there are a lot of advantages to having a big house on a big land and also no problem for those that just work and school we know they are busy and that's fine keeping to themselves.
Also being clean is a priority.
There are rules about people coming and visiting the people that live here. We don't want someone to be crowding the people that live here, of course there could be people over meetings or other types of things but it cannot get out of hand where it crowds the people that pay & live here. We want this to be like everybody's home with respect for others.
Even though this is a safe area we've lived here 13 years there are cameras and security systems all over the place and more security rules, so that this is a very safe comfortable place to live with no worries. Driveway parking spot also Visitors spot, Utilities included: water, power, gas, trash (Friday morning), clear stary skies. Rent is $$$ Varies per room monthly due on the 1st of every month plus $300 deposit for a total of $$$ for the first month. Internet extra as some have mobile phone.
