Looking for someone to move into a room in our house in Lincoln Heights, close to downtown and all the eastside neighborhoods (Highland Park, Echo Park, Silverlake, Chinatown, etc.).
The room is $1600/month (utilities included) and comes with a private bathroom and a private office space. The room has its own portable A/C and heater, and it’s fully furnished, but I can adjust things if you have your own stuff.
The room, bathroom, and office are all in their own private part of the house, but you’re welcome to use shared spaces. We have in-unit laundry, and parking is pretty easy. There’s usually plenty of street parking plus the option to park inside the gate behind the house.
It’s a month-to-month setup, but I’m hoping someone will stay for a while. The house is peaceful during the week and social on weekends with friends coming by sometimes. You’re always welcome to join if you want, no pressure.
Cleanliness (especially in shared areas) is important to us.
We’re close to USC Keck and Downtown LA, so students or young professionals could be a great fit, but open to whoever feels like the right match. Feel free to reach out with questions or to come take a look 🙂
