We're looking to fill a private room in our beautiful craftsman home in Lincoln Heights/East LA. Your room has French double doors (with curtains for added privacy) and an abundance of natural light. The only "downside" is that the room does not have a dedicated closet, but it's large enough to put in a dresser and/or rack.
House Features: In-unit washer/dryer, shared living room, shared kitchen with modern appliances, central AC, and lots of storage space (garage + attic).
Parking: We are in the backhouse, so we typically park in the driveway. This is a residential area, so there's room for guests to park!
Outdoor Space: We have a large front porch and backyard/patio area. Surrounding the house is a garden and fruit trees that are maintained by a gardener contracted by the landlord.
It is a LOVELY space! You'll share the house with two roommates (who share a bathroom) and two cats. 😊
