Furnished BR/Private Ba in Cozy Craftsman

Howdy,

My home is an 100 year old craftsman, with a front porch and cozy backyard and lemon tree. Very cozy. Lots of books and movies and cats. Super convenient location right by both 110 and 5 freeway, we're virtually 15 minutes from "everything". Covered parking spot just for you. Good vibes.

The place is furnished, including the rooms---and I'm happy to make upgrades and small purchases (FB marketplace is ag good time, but also we're down the street form the largest thrift store in LA).

I have three different rooms I rent out, and have lived in all of them. There's a master br with its own bathroom, and also a basement bedroom which is actually the largest and most private. Has its own secret entrance and exit.

I'm generally looking for short term, as sometimes its nice to actually have guest rooms, but have had folks stay as long as a year--and a lot of "return customers"

I take care of a colony of cats (fixed them, fed, releaesd) and they hang out in backyard. Either a plus or a minus. Once in a while I do a backyard show (once every month or two), and converted the toolshed into a pop-up bar. Also, we're civilized about it, but smoker friendly. Between that and the cats this is either heaven or hell for the right person.
