HOUSE RULES

Water Use: Shower limit is 40 minutes total per day to keep shared utility costs fair.

GUEST POLICY
Overnight guests allowed up to 2 nights per month. Guests may not use the shower or laundry because extra usage increases shared utility costs. This is a low‑traffic home and not suitable for people who frequently host friends.

PARKING AND PETS
Street parking only.
No pets due to allergic reactions. Service animals are accepted in compliance with applicable laws. Please notify in advance so reasonable accommodations can be arranged.

TOURS
