THE SPACE: Furnished private room in a shared house with a semi-private bathroom. You will only need to share the bathroom with one person at night time. Double-pane windows help with standard street and airplane noise from being near LAX.

HOUSE VIBE: This is a quiet, low-interaction household shared with multiple independent housemates. Because everyone is an introvert who minds their own business, games, or works in their room, the space stays very calm and never feels crowded. We do not want someone who hosts frequent social gatherings; residents expect to eat dinner and unwind in peace. We are LGBTQA+ and neurodivergent friendly.

THE FINANCIALS & LOCATION: Rent: $800/month | Deposit: $600. Gross income must be at least $2,500/month. Identity and background check required (waived for active security clearances). Location: 90304 (10 mins to Boeing, SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, LAX, Manhattan Beach). Street parking. Optional 3-days rotation parking is available for an extra $20/month.
