THE SPACE
Furnished private bedroom with its own bathroom, available now in the 90304 area. The room is inside a shared house with other housemates. Shared areas include the kitchen and living room. Cigarette smoking is allowed outside; light marijuana use is allowed indoors with the window open.

LIFESTYLE & HOUSEMATES
We are a neurodivergent‑ and LGBTQ‑friendly home. The housemates have diverse personalities and interests. One housemate is introverted, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ; they enjoy writing fictional stories and hiking local trails. The other housemate loves technology and video games.

The home is a great fit for someone who appreciates a calm, respectful environment. We keep shared spaces tidy and low‑maintenance. To keep the home comfortable for everyone, strong‑smelling cooking (such as seafood, fermented foods, curry, fish sauce, etc.) isn’t allowed. If you prefer extroverted housemates or enjoy hosting frequent social gatherings, this home likely won’t be a good fit. If you tend to be high‑maintenance or need frequent adjustments to household routines (such as temperature changes or noise concerns), this home likely won’t be a good fit.

GUEST & PRIVACY POLICY
To maintain a safe and comfortable home, bringing home strangers or short‑term guests from dating apps (Tinder, Bumble, etc.) isn’t permitted. Overnight guests should be rare and discussed in advance. Please be mindful of noise and privacy; loud intimate activity or anything that disrupts others’ rest isn’t acceptable.

The home is in a busy commercial area with regular airplane noise, highway noise, and occasional construction. It may not be ideal for anyone sensitive to sound.
