The location (90304) is conveniently close to Boeing, Raytheon, the 405/105 highways, LAX, Dockweiler Beach, and Manhattan Beach. Some people work from home so being quiet and considerate is essential. Ideal housemate: works full-time, pays rent on time (1st), clean, respectful, non-smoker, helps clean the house and helps buy cleaning supplies, wears proper clothing in the shared areas, not a hoarder, does not blast music, does not bring trouble people/people from online apps home, do not cook food with strong odor. No smoking inside including weed but outside is fine. No pets are allowed because some people are allergic to animals. The current housemates are three LGBTQ friendly working professionals in their 20s-35s, we prefers you to be within that range otherwise it’ll be too awkward for us.
