El Camino Village Rooms for Rent

Looking to rent two rooms in the South Bay gem, El Camino Village neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet street with plenty of street parking (no permits required) and a long driveway. It is walking distance from the golf course and El Camino College. Also, a short drive to all the South Bay beaches, SoFi, Forum and LAX. One room has its own restroom and private access to the backyard for $2,000 and the other bedroom for $1,850 (shared restroom). Both rooms will come unfurnished, make it your own. The house is bright and warm, hoping to make it a happy home we all look forward to going to at the end of a long day. Ideal roommates would be respectful, have clear communication skills and clean after themselves. Washer and dryer are in the garage and storage space available for additional belongings. 6 month minimum commitment preferred, ideally longer. Utilities are included and Wi-Fi as well.
