I'm looking for someone (possibly 2 if more economical) to take over the remaining 6 months of my lease contract on a PRIVATE ROOM (1 private room & private bath inside room) which rents for $1500/month with a $1500 one time deposit (included with approval ).

The private room( first bedroom shown in the video) is one of 2 private rooms in a very large multi-level townhouse with 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, & 2 patio balconies. The townhouse comes with washer/dryer, chefs kitchen, stainless steel appliances, extremely roomie & lots of ambient light. Water is included in rent. Light/Gas/Internet are split between tenants.

The property is in a family friendly neighborhood, conveniently close (in walking distance) to grocery stores, retail stores, tons of restaurants, beauty/nail shops, pharmacy, etc. It's a 16 mins drive to LAX airport (6.5 miles), 10 mins to Douglas Metro Link (2.3 miles) that takes you straight to LAX airport. It is on the LA public transit stop line so if you don't have a car there are plenty of options to work & get around.
