Small pets considered on a case by case basis.

Currently living in the unit is an LGBT couple aged 26-30 with 1 Frenchie & 3 cats. All pets are extremely friendly and well cared for. We are very clean & tidy and try our best to be as considerate as possible in our shared living spaces. We do enjoy loud music on Friday & Saturday nights but otherwise we try to be considerate about noise levels in the home. Guests are welcome but we ask that you communicate prior to inviting other people to the home. Couples are welcome for an additional $100/month.
