Home has central heating (No A/C) and comes with full size front loaded washer & dryer in unit. All utilities included in rent. Bathroom will be shared with just one other female roommate. Small pets considered on a case by case basis.

Currently living in the unit is a male LGBT couple and one female roommate 29-32 with 1 Frenchie & 3 cats. All pets are extremely friendly and well cared for. We are very clean & tidy and try our best to be as considerate as possible in our shared living spaces. We do enjoy loud music on Friday & Saturday nights but otherwise we try to be considerate about noise levels in the home. Guests are welcome but we ask that you communicate prior to inviting other people to the home. Couples are welcome for an additional $225/month.

The property has a large private backyard with a patio, artificial turf, a garden & a grill for BBQ and entertainment.
