We have 3 rooms for rent in the rear unit of a very private 3 bed/2 bath duplex.
#1 Master bedroom with a parking space $1,350 (price is for one person for an unfurnished room).
#2 Bedroom with shared bathroom with a parking space $1,250 (price is for 1 person, unfurnished room).
#3 Bedroom with a shared bathroom with street parking $1,150. (price is for one person, unfurnished room).
The rooms can be furnished with a bed, nightstand, and drawer if preferred, add another $100 to the rent.
You would be able to use all the common furnished areas (living room and kitchen). You would have full use of the kitchen, including all appliances, dishes, cups, etc.
Close to public transportation, mall, beach, and grocery stores.
Looking preferably for responsible, respectful people, can be a student or professionals.
Rent includes all utilities (water, power, gas, wifi). The security deposit is one month's rent, refundable upon moving out (within 14 days from the date all keys are returned).
Washer and dryer on site, central heating.
Please no pets, smokers, or drug users.
House rules: Please clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes in the sink. If you use the stove burners you must remain in the kitchen to prevent fire. Overnight guests are not allowed.
