I am looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse located on a quiet street in a gated community in the North Redondo Beach/Lawndale area that is less than 15 minutes to the beach. Located just east of the 405 with plenty of shopping nearby.

Available bedroom is approximately 12'6" x 12'6" plus closet space. Room will be unfurnished and is big enough for a queen size bed w/ 2 nightstands plus a dresser and a chair. There is also a DirecTV box in the room. This room shares a bathroom with one other room/person.

Home has a full kitchen w/gas oven/stove, large open living room/dinning room, downstairs half bathroom, and washer/dryer in the garage. There is also central heat and AC. Each roommate has a small storage area in the garage.

Parking is available on the street and on a first come first serve basis in community guest parking spots.

Monthly rent is $900. First months rent and a deposit of $900 are required for move in.

Utilities (Electric, Gas, U-Verse Internet/DirecTV) are split among roommates and run approximately $65-$110/month per person. Trash and water are included.

Looking for a female roommate (we are a female only home) in their late 20s to mid 30s. Minimum 6 month lease. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
