Private Dog Friendly Room

The house is a stand alone, tucked away behind the front house and hidden behind a gate and completely fenced in. Has a lot of privacy from neighbors and makes it very quiet.

Front patio is furnished with patio furniture, including a fire pit. Back yard is open with green grass and high walls for privacy. I

Full kitchen, furnished dining room and living room. Smart TV in shared spaces and bedroom. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. I rent the master bedroom and I have a half bath in my room. The room for rent is located in the back of the house and is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, dresser and full closet. Linens and towels are provided. The bathroom in the hallway is shared, but I only use it to shower, so it is mostly for my future housemate.

The 3rd bedroom has been converted into a gym and work space. I will have clients come over and work with them in the gym. When I am not working in it, it is a shared space.
