This room is meant for professionals who are commuters, working outside of the house, as the house is not tailored around remote workers.

The room is meant for a single individual. Guests are welcome occasionally and on weekends.

Looking for a fit individual who respects others, also those who live in the house will do the same. The house is currently in a healthy state social-wise, and to maintain that status is important.

Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and in the bathroom/common areas.

The house is drama free. Everyone keeps to themselves. Everyone has a regular work week schedule. Everyone is supportive at different capacities as well.

The room can be furnished upon request.

The neighborhood and house is quiet. There are a couple available rooms incase you have a friend to refer into another room.

The lease is month to month and is drug-free.
