Master furnished bedroom for rent in a 2 story home w/ private bathroom. Home is over 2,500 sq. Ft. Home and neighborhood environment is very peaceful and calm. Ideally looking for a roommate who will bring these same qualities w/ some simple house rules of cleaning after himself and respecting other roommates. Current roommates have been there for about three years and really enjoy the atmosphere. Current co-landlord is one of the roommates; not a requirement, but a bonus, if you speak Spanish, huge plus as she does not speak English.
