House Rules - No DISCRIMINATION of any kind - Pets, Outside smoking, LGBTQIA, Occupation, Spirituality, etc. are all welcomed with open arms. - Everyone shares responsibility for the common areas, and keeping them tidy - Guests are allowed only if you let the landlord know beforehand - No PERMANENT damage to the walls, such as tacks, screws, nails, etc. (it will come out of your security deposit)
