Room located at front of house. We have usually rented to people that don't like to cook. But light cooking is ok. Plenty of street parking in front of house -safe quiet- nice neighborhood. Calm and quiet household. Cameras at exterior for vehicles.

Walking distance from Long Beach Town Center, Walmart and movie theater. Bathroom would be shared with 4 other adults. As of now we haven't had any problems with sharing (All working people) We all get along - no drama here. Clean house. We have house cleaning service twice a month for bathroom. No laundry.
We have 1 small dog.(But our home doesn't smell like dog) Looking for responsible tenant that keeps to them selves and cleans up after themselves. With full time job. (No working from home) .
