Looking for female roommate to live in quiet home

Hi! We’re a family of three looking to share our home with a respectful and easygoing roommate. Here’s a little about us:

We have an 11-year-old daughter who’s very active and out during the day until about 4–5 PM.
My husband works afternoons into the evening (around 2/3 PM to 11:30 PM) and is only home at night and on his two days off.
I work mornings three days a week and work from home the rest of the time.
We’re generally quiet, keep to ourselves, and won’t expect you to hang out—though you’re always welcome to join us if you’d like.

One shared bathroom (we’re mindful and quick—no long showers or waiting)
You can have 1 guest over at a time, daytime only, weekends only, and they’ll need to leave before dark
We just ask that you clean up after yourself and be considerate of shared spaces
