Large private, quiet backyard with patio. Kitchen fully-equipped, pantry and plenty of storage & room for your stuff if you cook. (I don't much) 1/2 large French door refrig, microwave. Very bright room with lots of light. I busy mature woman, not home much, very involved w/ community organizations. Relaxed atmos. Room is unfurnished, but have nice dresser and night stands and bed available in there if desired. Meditation room w/fountain. Lots of windows. Rent includes wi-fi, all streaming TV's, cable to your room. Prefer female, but male ok, grad student or working. No smokers. Relaxed atmosphere, but no drugs or parties. May have a guest over. Come & go as you please. Parking right in front of the house, 20' from front door. Room has a/c and heat. Washer, dryer available. House is relaxed, comfortable, clean, need someone responsible. Must have ok (not perfect) checkable references. 1st & 1 mo. security. Might be slightly negotiable for right person. 6 month lease, would prefer more long-range.
