Furnished private bedroom with private bathroom within a quiet family setting in a large house in a safe, upscale neighborhood. (Our housemate moved out after ten years when she got engaged, so we’re looking for someone new! We like having a housemate so when we travel the house isn’t unoccupied.). Plenty of street parking with no restrictions, no parking tickets. Swimming pool, hot tub, tv, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, prime video, etc., all utilities, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, free weights, exercise equipment, basketball hoop, outdoor lounge, barbecue grill, laundry/mud room/guest kitchen, remote work cubicle, conference table, wood shop, artists easels and equipment, observation deck, ocean views, etc. We will be taking our time to screen carefully and check references as we are a family with a middle- and high-schooler, and a friendly maltipoo. Interests in this house include reading, art, drawing, painting, sculpting, crafting, writing, filmmaking, fashion, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, golf, cooking, to name a few, so we hope to find some shared interests from someone who is reliable, honest, kind, respectful and drama free. We will be making an adjacent bedroom with another private bath available as well so this could be great for you and a friend at some point.
