I’m renting out two private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in my modern 3-bedroom townhome-style condo in Baldwin Hills - a peaceful hillside community that’s centrally located and full of character.
One room is available starting Nov 8, and the other from Nov 20.

You can choose to rent one of the rooms individually — or if you prefer a quieter setup with just two people in the home instead of three, I’m happy to keep the third room as a guest room and adjust rent accordingly.
Available for short or long-term lease.
