Well-located home in Ladera Heights

Hi there we are Roch & Lori, native Los Angelenos, who enjoy meeting people from all over. Our mid-century home is on a quiet street in Ladera Heights (near La Cienega & Slauson) with plenty of street parking. We’re south of Culver City and just east of the 405 freeway, which is very handy to most places in Los Angeles, including 20 min. to LAX, many beaches (including El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach), Westchester/LMU, Marina del Rey, Venice, Culver City, mid city, Santa Monica, Brentwood, UCLA and Hollywood! Museums, hiking and many points of interest are close if you have a car.

Our smaller/hypoallergenic dog Riley is a real character, he takes guarding the house as his job, so there might be intermittent barking, but he's also a love.

We work from home, and are busy with outside activities, but accessible.

Your room is larger than smaller, in its own ‘wing’ with a super comfortable queen-sized bed, desk, overhead and floor fans and a/c for hot days (but most are breezy sunny). Your bathroom is will be occasionally used as a powder room. Access to the front living room, den. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, fridge space + a back fridge. Peaceful sun and shade patio w/ free hummingbirds, lol.
