Well-located home in Ladera Heights

Hi there we are Roch & Lori, native Los Angelenos, who enjoy meeting people from all over! Our mid-century home is on a quiet street in Ladera Heights (near cross streets La Cienega & Slauson) with plenty of street parking. We’re south of Culver City and just east of the 405 freeway, which is very handy to most places in Los Angeles. Located near LAX, many beaches (including El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach). Near Westchester/LMU, Marina del Rey, Venice, Culver City, mid city, Santa Monica, Brentwood, UCLA and Hollywood! Museums, hiking and many points of interest are close if you have a car. .

If you want recommendations, or how to get places here in LA, Lori loves to drive and knows the surrounding areas. Some people live here all their lives and never see the small, interesting pockets of LA.

Roch does voiceovers, plays trombone in a Steely Dan cover band, and many other bands. He is also a pro disc golfer.

Our energetic dog Riley is a real character, but takes guarding the house as his job, so there will be intermittent barking.

We work from home, and are always available. Lori is a graphic designer in advertising/marketing.

You are mellow but enjoy conversing, neat and curious. If you enjoy sunning and gardening, get to it in our patio yard! The weather is fantastic; beach breezes and sun.

Your room is larger than smaller, in its own ‘wing’ with a very comfortable queen-sized bed, desk, overhead and floor fan and we have a/c. Bathroom is also a rarely used powder room. Access to the front living room or den but not parking yourself, we had a teenage son : D The washer dryer, full kitchen, some fridge space + a back fridge, spacious shaded patio w/ free hummingbirds.

Having friends over is fine, but we’d like advance notice as we prefer a peaceful environment with no drama!
